The TAL Partnerships team is a team focused on ensuring our superannuation partners receive excellent service across their relationship with TAL. We have a permanent opportunity available as a Partnership Manager working within the Major Accounts Portfolio.
Reporting to the General Manager, Partnerships, and Industry Funds, you will support the relationship with Tier 1 clients, manage operational and strategic account plans while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across peers at TAL.
In this role you will:
- Deliver high quality services to clients in accordance with our administration agreements, other contractual or stated commitments
- Maintain strong and effective stakeholder relationships across peers at TAL to ensure that the enterprise is able to deliver on our client commitments
- Understand TAL’s strategy at an Enterprise level and awareness of relevant matters in other Life Insurance Channels
- Maintain operational and strategic account management plans
- Respond to queries where answer is clearly stated within existing policy documentation
- Respond to queries where basic interpretation is required or precedent is available to draw upon, otherwise refer to a more senior member of staff where interpretation is required
- Provide/review initial drafting of Policy Document Changes
- Work with clients and internal peers in relevant operational areas to design and implement required changes to operational process
**Qualifications**
- Experience working in a similar role within superannuation and/or life insurance industry
- Strong client relationship management and customer service experience
- Strong negotiation, collaboration and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management
- Strong collaboration skills
