This is an exciting opportunity to join SC Johnson Professional, a global, family-owned business known for its world-class household brands. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead our National Account Management team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships with independent grocery customers.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing yearly Joint Business Plans that align with customer KPIs. You will also deliver data-driven commercial KPIs, including market share, category, and sales performance measures. Additionally, you will manage the development of customer sales strategies and execute plans to grow accounts and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Joint Business Plans aligned with customer KPIs
  • Deliver data-driven commercial KPIs, including market share, category, and sales performance measures
  • Manage customer sales strategies and execute plans to grow accounts and meet business objectives
  • Partner with SCJ and customer category teams to develop insight-led category strategies
  • Actively contribute to improving the way the SCJ sales team operates, recognizing the contribution of others and building increased sales capability

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification
  • Previous NAM experience in independent grocery customers (Metcash & MSO's) is highly regarded
  • Minimum 5 years of FMCG account management experience
  • Experience working within a data-driven, highly commercial account management role
  • Understanding of category management
  • Proven advanced negotiations skills
  • Excellent networking and relationship skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Goal-driven, with a desire to deliver extraordinary results every time, regardless of challenges
