The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Exclusive Talent, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, marketing, and technical roles
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships as a trusted recruitment partner
  • Proactively source and headhunt through our network and smart search strategies
  • Interview candidates, prepare professional profiles, and present well-qualified shortlists
  • Collaborate with the Director and wider team to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights
About You

We are seeking an experienced recruiter who brings drive, resilience, and relationship-building skills. To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven recruitment experience (agency or internal) with demonstrated success in 360 recruitment
  • A strong sales or client-facing background, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach to sourcing and headhunting
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of accountability
  • A passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunity
