We are looking for a full-time Recruitment Specialist who thrives on connection, creativity, and variety. This is not about churning through resumes; this is about finding the right people who will shape the future of aged care.

What you will be doing

  • Running the end-to-end recruitment process (with a healthy dose of creativity).

  • Writing ads that catch attention (goodbye boring templates).

  • Building great relationships with hiring managers who genuinely value your input.

  • Giving candidates an experience that makes them feel welcome from day one.

  • Thinking outside the box to find people who share our values and passion.

What we are looking for

  • Recruitment experience (in-house or agency – both welcome).

  • Someone who loves people, problem-solving, and a good challenge.

  • A confident communicator who knows how to juggle priorities.

  • Experience with PageUp is a big tick, but not essential if you are tech-savvy.

  • Bonus points if you have recruited in aged care, health, or community services.

You will also need (or be happy to get):

  • A current National Police Check
