We are looking for a full-time Recruitment Specialist who thrives on connection, creativity, and variety. This is not about churning through resumes; this is about finding the right people who will shape the future of aged care.

- The right tools – you will be using PageUp, not clunky old systems that slow you down.

What you will be doing

- Running the end-to-end recruitment process (with a healthy dose of creativity).

- Writing ads that catch attention (goodbye boring templates).

- Building great relationships with hiring managers who genuinely value your input.

- Giving candidates an experience that makes them feel welcome from day one.

- Thinking outside the box to find people who share our values and passion.

What we are looking for

- Recruitment experience (in-house or agency – both welcome).

- Someone who loves people, problem-solving, and a good challenge.

- A confident communicator who knows how to juggle priorities.

- Experience with PageUp is a big tick, but not essential if you are tech-savvy.

- Bonus points if you have recruited in aged care, health, or community services.

You will also need (or be happy to get):

- A current National Police Check
