The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our recruitment team and ensuring our clients have access to top-tier talent. This is a hands-on role with a mix of candidate interaction, administration, and process management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
  • Conducting interviews and reference checks
  • Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating and managing rosters for casual employees
  • Assisting with recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines
  • Preparing reports and providing admin support to the recruitment team
  • Supporting compliance and onboarding documentation for new hires
  • Posting job advertisements across multiple platforms and managing all responses
  • Supporting workforce Specialists
  • General office / administrative duties
