Description

Genus Infrastructure (VIC) is seeking applications for an experienced Recruiter Immediate start, so you are provided with a comprehensive handover.

The Role

You will be a motivated and organised professional to support the business in the success of the day-to-day operations, in a fast past environment where no two days are the same.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search and Data base searches.
  • Advertise, screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to identify the best-fit candidates for a wide range of positions within our organisation and projects.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a role with high-volume recruitment in a resources and energy
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Contribute to continuous improvement idea's
  • Previous experience in the recruitment of a blue-collar workforce, preferably with electrical trades
  • Demonstrated experience managing a candidate database, and use of recruitment software such as JobAdder
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities, with strong adherence to deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised, as required.
