About the role

Reporting to the Global Digital Applications Manager , this role supports TWE'sdigital platforms. You will support digital platforms, by participating in the implementation, support, administration, modification, and enhancements of applications through major and minor projects.

  • Investigate and resolve platform issues (L2 support), proposing solutions, and escalating to the appropriate party.
  • Execute integration, regression, and system/user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain knowledge of the current application releases and toolsets.
  • Participate in small-scale proof of concept activity for trialling new technology and third-party services.
  • Responsible for closing audit points and maintaining platform lifecycle and upgrades.
  • Contribute to the optimisation roadmap of the overall applications stack.
  • Assist and advice business users in the effective use of applications and technology.

About you

We are searching for a passionate IT professional who is looking for opportunities to make things better constantly. You will be familiar with Salesforce and eCommerce platforms and possess the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes as well as understanding project management principles and practices.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Familiarity with eCommerce Platforms, Hospitality Point of Sales systems and/or Website Technology.
  • Experience in SDLC methodology
  • Demonstrated experience implementing system improvement recommendations
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
