About the Role

Cabrini Health is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our dedicated and busy Apps team. As an Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that enhance data flow and communication between different software applications and systems critical to our care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate all interfaces from JCAPS to Rhapsody
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design scalable and efficient integration solutions
  • Analyze, design, develop, and maintain the organization's integration services on the Java Caps and Rhapsody platforms
  • Provide technical expertise to the implementation, administration, maintenance, and support of these services to meet current and future needs
  • Design and deliver robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions for existing and new applications
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a security model for the integration platform in line with CHL security standards and guidelines, working closely with the IT Security Manager
  • Provide IT support and assist with the identification and resolution of data-related issues where integrations are a touchpoint

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications and/or relevant experience in building integrations in an Oracle Java Caps and Rhapsody environment
  • 2-3 years demonstrated proficiency and experience delivering integration solutions within the above-mentioned integration systems
  • Experience with Healthcare Applications and building REST APIs
  • Proven experience in application integration, API development, and data integration
  • Experience with data modeling, information management, and data flows
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare or related sector is desirable
  • Knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in the Healthcare IT field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Customer-oriented approach, finding joint solutions, and fostering sustainable partnerships
