Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Applications Specialist to join our team at Tyremax. As a key member of our Technology Services ecosystem, you will be responsible for optimising our corporate applications and implementing new technologies that underpin our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Support and Optimisation
    • Manage the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of corporate software applications, including NetSuite.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with business applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Business Requirements Analysis
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
  • User Training and Support
    • Provide training and guidance to end-users on the proper utilisation of corporate applications.
  • Application Performance and Security
    • Monitor and maintain application performance, security, and compliance.
  • Business Process Improvement
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and IT systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in enterprise application support and optimisation in a medium-to-large business.
  • 3+ years' experience of supporting NetSuite ERP (mandatory).
  • 3+ years' experience in a medium-to-large Supply Chain / FMCG / Logistics business.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with business stakeholders.
  • Experience designing, developing, and releasing product features to business stakeholders, enhancing their productivity and employee experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyse internal issues, work with vendors to provide solutions, and govern vendors with best practices.
  • Experience managing and maintaining DBs and writing basic SQL queries (desirable).
  • Experience integration methods like API, RESTful, SOAP, and flat files (desirable).
  • Experience AWS middleware services (desirable).
