We are seeking a highly skilled Application Analyst to join our team at Infosys Limited. As an Application Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the critical business requirements of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Work with Support teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, analyze tickets, and pick up end-to-end functional and technical flow of applications.
- Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead workshops for clients to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Responsible for Agile processes and improvement within the team.
- Prioritize removal of impediments and coach the team to resolve them.
- Run multiple parallel projects and drive forward delivery of high-quality work on-time and on budget.
- Maintain the focus on customer value and outcomes and maximize flow.
- Lead the team to achieve continuous delivery and to build quality in supported platforms/systems.
- Develop, monitor, and communicate team reporting and metrics.
- Coach the team on agile principles and practices to grow agile maturity.
- Plan development, planning, and delivery of a portfolio of work for the team.
- Ensure the team remains focused on priorities and aligned to strategy and roadmaps, and that backlog and release plans are maintained.
- Liaise with other teams to ensure dependencies between teams are understood and managed.
- Prior experience in customer communication management, document management solutions.
- Knowledge of Insurance/Claims is a must.
- Work closely with project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.
- Initiate and support Agile development of scrum multi-function teams.
- Use JIRA for end-to-end project and team management process and guide the team to use JIRA for various activities.
- Requirements gathering and analysis using Agile techniques.
- Work closely with User Experience specialists, developers, and testers to provide clarification when required.
- Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team.
- Actively participate in Agile processes including planning and estimation.
- Create formal user stories based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Knowledge on associated frameworks and tools.
- Project Management experience is an added advantage.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
