Skills needed to thrive:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Renewables, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration
  • 3+ years' experience in a technical sales role within the renewable energy industry
  • Knowledge of wind technology
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-centric setting while delivering top-quality work
  • Proficient in various sales techniques and a proven track record of hitting targets
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong network of external and internal contacts and relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing data
  • Understanding of sales funnel KPIs, performance metrics, commercial awareness, results orientation, and a knack for business development
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information succinctly to customers
