Sales Development Representative

About the Role
Reward Gateway, a global market leader in benefits and employee engagement, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our APAC team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative strategies to approach potential clients, leveraging channels such as video, LinkedIn, and tailored emails to generate high-quality leads.
- Apply a SaaS sales model to your outreach strategy, focusing on self-led lead generation and opportunity creation through robust prospect research.
- Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build a strong pipeline of new business and maintain engagement with prospects.
- Conduct in-depth needs analyses during discovery calls to uncover key people challenges and adapt your conversation to discuss Reward Gateway's products and solutions.
- Secure meetings with RG Engagement Consultants to continue conversations and relationships.
- Achieve agreed quarterly KPIs and weekly activity metrics.
- Build strong relationships with researchers, sales consultants, and the wider business.
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Reward Gateway's products, the competitive landscape, and the HR industry.
- Assist in developing the Reward Gateway brand in Australia, including social selling.
- Attend networking events to drive business development and external networking.
- Complete and maintain Salesforce accurately.
Requirements
- Experience working within a B2B SaaS or Tech sales environment.
- Ability to demonstrate consistent quota attainment.
- Experience applying a multi-step and multi-touch prospecting cadence.
- Experience with prospects of 100+ employees.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Ability to research and use insights to deliver effective solutions with a consultative approach.
The Interview Process
- Telephone call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.
- Virtual interview with the Head of Sales Development and Head of SMB Sales.
- Assessment task followed by a final interview with our Sales Development Director and Sales Director in our Sydney office.
