- Business Development and Market Growth: Create and execute business development and market growth strategies to achieve the company's growth goals in the target markets.
- Lead and Grow Sales Team: Lead and grow the sales team and business development activities to achieve sales targets.
- Manage Bid Proposal Team: Manage and lead the bid proposal team to ensure successful bid outcomes.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with other contributing functions, such as Engineering and Operations, to ensure the highest level of reusability and cost efficiency of solutions and services offered.
- Lead and Coach Direct Reports: Lead, coach, and support direct reports to carry out their roles effectively.
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in the APAC region. You will have:
Proven Experience in APAC: Proven experience within the APAC region.Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales, bid/tender, and customer service teams.Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree qualification is essential; Engineering or other relevant degree is preferred.Travel Requirements: Ability and willingness to travel interstate and overseas.Entrepreneurial Attitude: An inspiring leader with an entrepreneurial attitude.What We Offer- Competitive Salary and Benefits: $220,000-$275,000 annual package including base, super, car allowance, and target bonus.
