About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our APAC region and drive business growth. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that achieves our company's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: In consultation with the senior leadership team, develop, own, and have primary responsibility for the sales strategy for the APAC region.
  • Business Development and Market Growth: Create and execute business development and market growth strategies to achieve the company's growth goals in the target markets.
  • Lead and Grow Sales Team: Lead and grow the sales team and business development activities.
  • Manage Bid Proposal Team: Manage and lead the bid proposal team.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with other contributing functions, such as Engineering and Operations, to ensure the highest level of reusability and cost efficiency of solutions and services offered.
  • Lead and Coach Direct Reports: Lead, coach, and support direct reports to carry out their roles.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in the APAC region. You will have:

Proven Experience in APAC: Proven experience within the APAC region.Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales, bid/tender, and customer service teams.Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree qualification is essential; Engineering or other relevant degree is preferred.Travel Requirements: Ability and willingness to travel interstate and overseas.Entrepreneurial Mindset: An inspiring leader with an entrepreneurial attitude.What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary and Bonus: $220,000-$275,000 annual package including base, super, car allowance, and target bonus.
