Join the peak industry body representing professional standards body for Medical professionals. The organisation has close to 5,000 member organisations, representing members across Australia, Asia and the Middle East.

About the role:

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative & supportive membership team. You will be responsible for implementing the

membership targets.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and update member records and member renewals
  • Capture member feedback, including issues and complaints
  • Maintain the membership database, general administration and adhoc duties
  • Collate data and produce reports, and undertake administrative tasks in relation to external stakeholder requirements

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role, ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing members.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to analyse data and produce reports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive with an ability to prioritise work schedules with mínimal supervision.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and achieve deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Previous experience in a Membership, Association or NFP organisation is preferable
