Customer service excellence and teamwork are priorities. Responsibilities include providing top-notch service to current members, fostering a positive atmosphere, selling memberships, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth club operations on a daily basis.

Desired Skills and Experience

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and assisting all members and guests
  • Monitoring club access
  • Addressing inquiries and handling complaints
  • Explaining the Judgement Free Zone to visitors
  • Answering phone calls and providing information
  • Conducting club tours
  • Selling memberships and entering data
  • Operating the Point-of-Sale system
  • Booking PE @ PF sessions
  • Maintaining the front desk
  • Completing cleaning tasks and club walkarounds
  • Assisting with housekeeping and restocking supplies
  • Performing daily opening and closing procedures
  • Supporting new team members
  • Completing Black Card Spa maintenance

Skills Required:

  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Capability to work independently
  • Positive and motivational demeanor
  • Punctuality and organization

Job Requirements / Certifications:

Minimum Cert III in Fitness required

  • Current CPR certification
  • WWC certificate (NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD) and National Police Check
  • Availability for weekend shifts and flexible hours
