Today, we have a team of nearly 1,000 people and we're building a collection of iconic locations in Sydney and Melbourne.


Located on level 2 of the MidCity centre and spanning 4,437 sqm, our Pitt Street club is everything you'll ever need, right in the middle of the CBD.

Inside you'll find 7 group exercise studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa & sauna, indoor climbing wall, relaxing sleep pods, luxury changeroom amenities, and a spacious café and lounge area, perfect for unwinding or catching up on work.


Your Gig:


Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll connect people to a gym membership that empowers them to live happily ever active.


  • In a nutshell: _
  • You'll understand peoples' goals, buying criteria and decisionmaking processes to form a genuine and longterm relationship with them.
  • You'll provide people with relevant solutions and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
  • You'll deliver warm and genuine interactions where queries and feedback are handled effectively.
  • You'll create a flawless experience for each new member by providing a nonintimidating signup process and a thorough setup to ensure they have a smooth first visit.
  • You'll identify and gain new members through daily activities like prospect and retention calls, community activations (always loads of fun) and following up leads and referrals.
  • You'll get a comprehensive four week induction to set you up for success and ongoing product and sales training ensure you optimise your results.
  • You'll be empowered to manage your own time and can be counted on to reach your targets.

All about you:

  • You're passionate about fitness, patient, levelheaded and cool under pressure with relevant customer service, retail or hospitality experience.
  • You're comfortable on the phones and get a kick out of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • You're comfortable communicating at all levels. You're curious and love to learn about people so that you can come up with prescriptive solutions to kick start their fitness journey.
  • You're a team player. You love voicing ideas with your team mates. People can count on you to offer a helping hand. A+ for you.
  • You're able to work full time hours on a rotating roster
