Our primary services include coach training, coaching and building coaching capability in organisations to help both people and businesses grow.

Clients include national and multinational companies, government agencies and private firms. Customers include professional and emerging coaches, facilitators, consultants, senior executives, HR professionals and people managers.

About your new role

The primary role of the Membership Manager is to grow and retain IECL's member base and to deliver an exceptional member experience that contributes to IECL's reputation as the leader in organisational coaching.

We are looking for a dynamic leader with experience in executing membership strategies and creating engaging experiences.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary, remote-first team, you will take responsibility for:

  • Lead the development of IECLs membership strategy, including a fully integrated member acquisition, engagement and retention plan
  • Provide key insights into member needs
  • Establish and align member engagement
  • Contribute to our overall sales and marketing efforts, targeting both ore and new markets

What we'd love to see from you:

  • Degree in a related field, and have a minimum of five years experience in a similar or related role.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong financial literacy
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders and establish effective and efficient operating environments to accommodate high workloads with tight execution deadlines
  • Be a selfstarter who thrives in a highpaced, growthoriented environment
  • Demonstrate and promote IECL values and behaviours
