POSITION

The need has risen for a People and Culture Manager to assist the leadership team in a generalist HR and recruitment capacity. This role will suit a passionate individual who has a deep understanding of all facets of human resource management.

CANDIDATE

The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate The Following

  • 5+ years within a similar HR function within an Accounting Firm
  • Tertiary qualifications with a HR major
  • Exceptional leadership and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
