Who you are...
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Reward Specialist or in a similar remuneration-focused role.
- Strong experience using benchmarking methodologies such as Aon/Radford and/or Mercer.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across various levels of the organisation.
