- Conduct ongoing market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and compliant.
- Support operational activities related to remuneration, benefits, and employee engagement.
- Provide expert guidance and support to our People and Culture teams.
- Assist with the administration and management of executive remuneration, ensuring alignment with our global strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and legislative changes to inform our remuneration strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Reward Specialist or in a similar remuneration-focused role.
- Strong experience using benchmarking methodologies such as Aon/Radford and/or Mercer.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across the organization.
