Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leadership teams to provide generalist PCC consultancy, support and advice
  • Understand business unit strategic imperatives and build a plan to deliver on those
  • Provide advice on ER and IR matters, including employee relations, change management, recruitment and performance management
  • Coach front-line leaders and build capability around people processes
  • Be involved in the coordination and delivery of key projects and operational PCC matters
