About The Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing the day-to-day HR advisory piece and leading site-specific and organizational-wide projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee/industrial relations, manufacturing, and leading and developing others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a small team of P&C Business Partners to effectively execute operational support and project deliverables
  • Execute the People & Culture Strategic Activities supported by centres of excellence
  • Lead the Industrial Relations activity and reduce and manage industrial risk. Undertake action that ensures continued operational delivery
  • Be the Change Management SME ensuring appropriate CM activity delivered for all significant projects and supporting the BP's in developing CM experience
  • Be the trusted advisor to all levels of Leadership
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Employee/Industrial Relations Experience – Union Relationship, Business representation within FWC Processes, EA Negotiations
  • Manufacturing experience is required
  • Previous experience Leading & Developing others
  • Understanding of Change Management theory & experience with change on a large scale
  • Ability to factor in the bigger picture with upstream/downstream impacts
  • Analytical, problem-solving, good project management
  • Proven experience in the delivery of P&C Strategic Objectives
