You'll be responsible for:

Reporting to Head Analytics and Personalisation, managing customer and partner personalisation for Allianz, delivering an omnichannel customer experience with the right offers to the right people at the right time.

Leading data driven personalisation of all customer communication leveraging Allianz Australia data.
You will strategically manage the Allianz relationship with 4m+ consumers to increase acquisition, engagement, retention, and recommendation.

Leading prioritisation and activation of personalisation use cases through Digital, Outbound Customer Communications, Partner Channels, and the Customer Experience Centre, ensuring channel alignment to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Leveraging data science assets including Next Best Action, Segmentation and Customer Lifetime Value.
Acting as a business owner of technology projects related to personalisation) e.g., Decision Engine, communication system integrations) establishing requirements and steering them to successful delivery.

Understand and Act upon personalisation results delivered through analytics, using results to inform and refine future activations in a test and learn cycle.

Define strategic data, analytics, and modelling requirements to inform future prioritisation and targeting.

About you:

The role requires an elevated level of CRM, data, and marketing technology expertise across all channels, with a thorough understanding of personalisation at scale and how to deliver personalised messaging based on consumer segmentation.

Experience managing a program of personalised customer communication.
Experience working with analytical tools, models, and tests to make data led decisions.
Experience managing /leading technology delivery projects/ programs.
Experience in a cross functional leadership role Degree qualified in a business or STEM field (postgraduate qualifications preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audience at all levels with clarity impact, and influence.
