We have an exciting opportunity for a business minded developer to join our team in building, testing, and managing AI driven personalised communications.

The Personalisation Developer will be accountable building, testing and managing Next Best Conversations using Pega Customer Decision Hub and working with our platform and data services teams to manage End to End testing and deployments.

The role operates as a part of the Digital Personalisation & Experimentation team within a cross functional group of passionate data driven teams. We are collectively responsible for uplifting and leading the delivery of the Bank's customer personalisation strategy to create highly relevant digital experiences for existing and new customers.

This role would suit someone starting a DevOps journey with a background in digital engineering, QA testing but with a passion to be close the customer.

What you'll do:

  • Manage a business CICD Pipeline of Next Best Conversations Build, test and deploy Next Best conversations (NBC).
  • Champion a culture of test driven design and data driven personalisation, fostering an environment of continuous learning and rapid delivery of customer value
  • Drive quality assurance activities, conducting end to end testing and troubleshooting with technical teams
  • Manage the pipeline of deployments in parallel to technical platform enhancements and enterprise releases
  • Work with customer data platforms on the ingestion of new data and supporting with end-to-end project testing
  • Elevate our personalisation capability through connecting with Bank technology and Data Services teams
  • Foster collaboration with internal data science and analytics teams, harnessing their insights to refine and optimize our personalization strategies.
  • Uphold rigorous security governance and risk management processes, safeguarding customer data and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What you'll bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Maths, IT or other related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of practical experience in quality assurance testing including proficiency in automated testing using Postman
  • Demonstrated experience with Digital segments/Audience management and Adobe Experience Platforms
  • Proficiency in Digital Optimisation and A/B testing with at least 12 months of hands-on experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Business and commercial acumen coupled with a strong growth mindset
  • Knowledge of Java Script, CSS and HTML
