What you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a business CICD Pipeline of Next Best Conversations
  • Championing a culture of test driven design and data driven personalisation to ensure continuous learning and rapid delivery of customer value
  • Driving quality assurance activities, conducting end-to-end testing, and collaborating with technical teams for troubleshooting
  • Handling the pipeline of deployments in parallel with technical platform enhancements and enterprise releases
  • Working with customer data platforms for ingestion of new data and supporting end-to-end project testing
  • Enhancing personalisation capability by connecting with Bank technology and Data Services teams
  • Collaborating with internal data science and analytics teams to refine and optimize personalization strategies
  • Upholding rigorous security governance and risk management processes to safeguard customer data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Maths, IT, or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of practical experience in quality assurance testing, including proficiency in automated testing using Postman
  • Demonstrated experience with Digital segments/Audience management and Adobe Experience Platforms
  • Proficiency in Digital Optimization and A/B testing with at least 12 months of hands-on experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Business and commercial acumen with a strong growth mindset
  • Knowledge of Java Script, CSS, and HTML
