We are in the process of executing a number of new one to one marketing programs and the Marketing Manager will play a critical role in leading the creation and execution of these new programs.

You'll also have the opportunity to experiment and optimise our existing programs as well.

Be part of the big picture:

The Marketing Manager role position sits within the overall Customer Experience & Transformation (CXT) team and specifically sits within the Personalised Marketing Team.

As an experienced Marketing Manager, you'll lead various one to one initiatives across CommSec and CBA.

Your day will be about:

  • Planning and forecasting campaigns.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data for customer selection and analysis.
  • Seeing copy & creative through from conception to final production.
  • Briefing all key stakeholders at relevant stages of the campaign endtoend process.
  • Executing post campaign analysis and recommendations.

Have a knack with dealing with people. You have strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to get better outcomes for the business and our customers.

Are laser focused on the detail. You know that to be a successful one to one marketer this skill is critical to delivering effective and accurate campaigns.

  • Don't mind geeking out. You have strong analytical skills to deep dive into customer data sets and leverage insights to develop 'mic drop' customer communications.

Are keen as mustard. You want to learn everything there is to know about the Share Trading business.

Have the quals . You have tertiary qualifications in business, economics or business related discipline.
