Responsibilities

  • Lead endtoend delivery of customer marketing campaigns from ideation, execution, and campaign analysis
  • Lead the transition and implementation of engagement A.I. and personalisation capabilities. Collaborate and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure key execution components are planned, delivered and operationalised
  • Accountable for continual refinement and optimisation of engagement A.I. and personalisation capabilities
  • Improve core business metrics of trial conversion, reactivation, retention and crosssell through the planning and execution of targeted and personalised customer marketing tactics
  • Confidently use data to drive insights and analytics, and shape recommendations for future strategy and testing programs
  • Work in partnership with marketing teams as the customer management SME, developing campaigns and new content launches
  • Manage and coach junior team members, delegating and overseeing tasks ensuring high productivity and engagement

Skills

  • 5+ years' experience in a B2C marketing management role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and develop strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills with an understanding of data and testing requirements
  • Understanding of business needs and drivers of performance
  • Experience working with Martech tools and omnichannel CRM programs
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • Proven track record of successful management and program delivery
