The Associate Director, Lifecycle Personsalisation & Digital Experience will be responsible for the overall strategy, management and delivery of personalised digital experiences anchored in our enterprise-wide Customer Lifecycle Framework.

  • Establishing a worldclass, enterpriselevel digital personalisation and conversion strategy
  • Uniting a variety of teams and senior collaborators behind the strategy, with the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organisation and lead with strong authority and gravitas as Optus' personalisation expert
  • Owning the adoption of Lifecycle Personalisation Experiences across the digital customer journey for prospects and customers, ensuring an experience that is highly relevant, predictive, and consistently addresses our customer needs in the moments that matter
  • Designs and delivers new customer experiences (omnichannel) especially new C360 use cases/triggers & new products across the customer lifecycle
  • Ensures seamless customer journeys across channels for all campaigns by driving QAs and key drivers for continuous improvement

It starts with you

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Digital Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, IS or IT.
  • Strong digital experience, including digital personalisation, customer segmentation and experimentation
  • You have proven runs on the board having created and led B2C personalisation initiatives
  • Manages complex Personalisation campaigns using onsite & offsite media
  • Can understand how and be able to build/modify a data pipeline, working with Data Engineers/Developers
  • Ability to champion new insights and bring them to life within an impactful team.
