We are seeking a talented Rates and Revenue Manager to oversee our clients Rates Division, managing there revenue management initiatives. As a key member of there team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial success and ensuring the continued growth of our business.

Lead and manage a professional team to provide accurate, timely, compliant and transparent financial information, analysis and advice to support informed business decision making by the Executive, Leadership Team and other stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing based on demand fluctuations, seasonal variations, and other market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
  • Utilize revenue management tools and systems to forecast demand, set pricing levels, and maximize profitability.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to track revenue metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the management of a revenue team.
  • Superior leadership skills and an ability to motivate and lead a team of people.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
