About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our Revenue Centre at Pro-invest Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities through effective channel management and inventory optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Management: Manage the distribution and availability of hotel rooms across various channels, ensuring accurate rate loading and maintaining rate integrity.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify revenue opportunities and risks, providing insights to drive business growth.
  • Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory and rate loading across all market segments, ensuring optimal revenue performance.
  • Distribution Channel Content: Manage distribution channel content, ensuring accurate and compelling information that drives bookings.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for distribution channels, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure support excellence and achieve revenue goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel revenue management, distribution, or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools, excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS), channel management tools (e.g., SiteMinder, Synxis), and online distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, metasearch engines).
