Biggera Waters team as a
Customer Service Representative.

Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation:
from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

What Will You Do?
Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you'll also be:

  • preparing and following up customer quotes, entering and managing Patio kit orders whilst supporting our sales teams
- coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics process including compliance with any requirements and regulations, updating all necessary systems that manage orders
- managing the relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience
