Purpose of the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers to deliver a high-quality customer experience. This will involve managing towing and assistance request calls, managing cases from end-to-end, and assisting customers through their mobility assistance journey.
Key Responsibilities
- First-Call Resolution: Focus on resolving customer inquiries and issues on the first call, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry-specific Acts, Codes, and Regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Motor Vehicle Knowledge: Have a good understanding or interest in motor vehicles.
- Customer-Focused Experience: Have experience in a customer-focused role with a genuine care for helping people.
- Communication Skills: Possess highly developed communication skills, including adaptability, multitasking, and prioritization.
- Call Centre Experience: Have experience working in a call centre environment.
- Problem-Solving: Be able to identify customer needs, clarify information, and action suitable outcomes.
- Relationship Building: Be able to build strong working relationships and collaborate with others.
