About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be a quick thinker, a problem solver, and a relationship builder who can think outside the box and provide creative solutions to complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
