Pittwater RSL Club has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to join the team.

This role is ideally suited to a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive customer service at a high level.

The position requires the successful applicant to always act as a role model and present as an ambassador for the Club.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Driving and providing exceptional customer service, encouraging repeat patronage and developing a rapport with Club members and guests
  • Management of staff including delegation of duties, maintenance of rosters, approval of overtime, staff training and reporting employee discipline issues
  • Reporting significant issues, customer feedback and recommendations to senior management
  • Maintain a presence on the Club floor, ensuring all area's of operation are running efficiently and effectively
  • Providing management with feedback regarding gaming operations, staffing requirements, security, promotions and general operational requirements
  • Ensure thorough knowledge of NSW RSA and RCG legislation, Workplace Health and Safety, Self Exclusion and any other government legislative requirements

Your personal attributes will include:

  • The ability to lead and drive a team to focus on exceptional customer service
  • Excellent time management and troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective communication skills and the demonstrated ability to train others
  • Delegate effectively, manage others and work as part of a team


Pittwater RSL Club policy and procedural training will be provided however previous experience in a like position is essential to be considered for this vacancy.

Applicants must be available to work a roster including weekends, days, nights and public holidays.


This role is being offered as a full-time position, remuneration will be commensurate with experience and the appropriate level of the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2010.
