Pittwater RSL Club is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Director of First Impressions. We are in search of a passionate professional who is eager to share the offerings of the Pittwater RSL Club with our members and guests.
As the Director of First Impressions, your primary focus will be on delivering personalized service while leveraging your expertise to create, implement, and uphold high-quality standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to foster repeat visits and build strong relationships with Club members and guests.
- Handling incoming calls with warmth and efficiency, ensuring messages are accurately recorded and promptly relayed.
- Welcoming members and guests as they arrive, providing guidance and assistance, and ensuring a pleasant farewell as they depart.
- Possessing an in-depth understanding of the Club's membership system, including promotions and incentives available to members.
- Encouraging membership growth, verifying membership cards, and checking guest identification.
- Maintaining a comprehensive awareness of the Club's events and activities, such as poker, lawn bowls, futsal, and upcoming performances.
- Managing the Club's ticketing system, including seat assignments and booking records.
- Reporting any significant issues, customer feedback, and suggestions to the Customer Service Manager on duty.
- Possessing a current NSW RSA/RCG competency card or the ability to obtain one.
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service even in high-pressure situations.
- Strong literacy, computer, and numeracy skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- A genuine love for interacting with people.
Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, is essential.
