Pittwater RSL Club is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Director of First Impressions. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and provide exceptional customer service, encouraging repeat patronage and developing a rapport with Club members and guests.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner and take detailed messages ensuring they are forwarded efficiently.
  • Greet, offer direction and/or suggestions to members and guests as they enter the Club, bid them farewell and offer assistance as may be required upon exit.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of, promote and sell the Club's membership system including promotions and incentives that are offered to members.
  • Drive membership, check membership cards and guests' photo identification.
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the Club's promotions and activities including poker, lawn bowls, futsal, and upcoming shows.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Club's ticketing system including seat allocation and recording bookings.
  • Report significant issues, customer feedback, and recommendations to the Customer Service Manager on duty.
  • Must have a current NSW RSA/RCG competency card or the ability to obtain.

Personal Attributes:

  • The ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service under pressure.
  • High level literacy, computer, and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent time management and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • You must be a person who loves people.

Applicants must be available to work a combination of shifts including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
