As a Customer Experience Specialist at Pittwater RSL Club, you will be dedicated to delivering personalized service, utilizing your skills to develop, implement, and uphold high-quality standards and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service, fostering repeat visits, and building rapport with Club members and guests
  • Handling phone inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring messages are accurately relayed
  • Welcoming members and guests upon arrival, offering guidance and assistance, and ensuring a pleasant farewell
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of the Club's membership system, including promotions and incentives available to members
  • Encouraging membership engagement, verifying membership cards, and checking guest identification
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Club's events and activities, including gaming, sports, and entertainment
  • Managing the Club's ticketing system, including seat assignments and booking records
  • Reporting significant customer feedback and issues to the Customer Service Manager on duty
  • Possessing a current NSW RSA/RCG competency card or the ability to obtain one

Ideal candidates will exhibit the following attributes:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, even in high-pressure situations
  • Strong literacy, computer, and numeracy capabilities
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication abilities and a collaborative spirit
  • A genuine love for interacting with people

Applicants should be prepared to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
