About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Location Manager to oversee our funeral services at two sites in Morphett Vale and Old Noarlunga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our brand is well-established in the community, driving results-oriented performance, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to provide quality service to clients
  • Manage operations, people, and finances for a high-volume location
  • Deliver profit objectives while maintaining outstanding customer service levels
  • Provide sensitive and empathetic support to grieving families and individuals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders
  • Manage administrative tasks, including computing and record-keeping
  • Participate in after-hours duties, including occasional weekend arrangements
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a funeral services or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of grieving individuals and families
  • Competent administrative and computing skills
  • Unrestricted driver's license
