  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner, taking detailed messages and forwarding them to the relevant staff member.
  • Front-of-House Operations: Greet and bid farewell to members and guests, offering assistance and direction as needed.
  • Membership Promotion: Promote and sell our membership system, including promotions and incentives, to increase membership and drive revenue.
  • Ticketing and Booking Management: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our ticketing system, including seat allocation and recording bookings.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report significant issues, customer feedback, and recommendations to the Customer Service Manager on duty.
  • Compliance: Ensure you have a current NSW RSA/RCG competency card or the ability to obtain one.

Requirements:
