**The Opportunity

  • 16month Fixed Term Contract roleWe have an exciting Parental Leave opportunity for experienced Senior Account Managers/ Design Specialists to join our team.
This roles works to support, develop and implement the Packaging Design Guidelines for the specific Woolworths Own Brand including:

style guide development across all categories and pack formats and execution of packaging design related projects as agreed with the Design Manager and relevant Brand Manager.

To act as brand guardian responsible for ensuring we deliver the best possible packaging design that resonates with our customers.

**What we are looking for

Reporting to the Head of Design, you will play a key role and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to lead creative design process from brief development to design concept to photography - on brand and to time.

**What you'll do: - Development and management of packaging design solutions across all Woolworths portfolio of own brands (food and non food).

  • Lead creative design process from briefing our agency partners to deliver design concepts through to design development and finalisation to artwork. Ensuring solutions are on brand and meet timelines.
  • Presenting packaging solutions to a number of key stakeholders for feedback and sign off.
  • Managing multiple projects at any one time.
  • Development of Design Brand Guidelines and Brand Guardianship.
  • Ensuring the customer is always the starting point and their needs are met in every design solution.

You are design literate with execptional project management skills and have qualifications in Design, Project Management, Marketing, Business or Commerce and 1-3 years experience in Design / Project Management/Account Service (client or agency side)/ Marketing / Buying / Retail / Operations.
