**What you’ll do
This role sits within a large network of Internal Communicators who support business functions across the group. We are passionate about simple and engaging communications that keep our team informed in a fast-moving and complex environment.

Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

- Creating communication plans that bring our key transformational projects to life in stores - Partnering closely with support teams to help us land critical change projects across the business.
- Supporting Woolworths Supermarkets and Metro store teams by sending daily operational communications, ensuring each message is clear, concise and purposeful.
- Ensuring our store and support teams are aware of key priorities and understand our business strategy, values and purpose.
- Keep our teams engaged with key trade events, new products, marketing campaigns and process and safety updates.
- Assist in maintaining and evolving our communications platforms and processes. Support the team in creating internal social content, trade shows, livestreams, newsletters, website and video content.
- To support our store teams in case of emergencies we work a rotating roster, you will work some early starts (7:30 am) and some late nights (10 pm finish), as well as occasional weekend or public holiday shifts (with an RDO included for these days). This is a hybrid role, combining both work from home and days in our Norwest office in Sydney.**What you’ll bring
**We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication skills who has demonstrated experience producing clear, concise and purposeful communications and building strong, outcome-focused communications plans.
- You have qualifications in communications, change management or other relevant fields (ideal but not necessary)
- You are known for having a strong, positive personal brand and have great stakeholder management skills.
- You have the ability to tell stories that keep our teams informed and engaged.
- You ideally have retail experience, or experience in a fast-paced, large business.
- You can leverage multiple platforms to execute targeted communication plans that suit a wide range of stakeholder groups. You have experience with graphic design, video production, social media, event planning and change management.**What you’ll experience
