**The Role
**At Woolies, we’re about creating customer and team first experiences. To enable this, the Smarter Operations Program is focused on process optimisation to deliver consistent in-store processes to deliver better, safer experiences for our customers and team members across the Group. We work in an agile way so we can be flexible to follow the energy of the organisation and go where the work is needed based on our strategy, or where there is a reset to reflect any business shifts.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagements via Workshops, Interviews, Focus Groups, and using previously documented materials
- Scope process and analysis appropriately and identify core stakeholders and associated benefits and risks related to each
- Recommend the effective process strategy to the business problem / new opportunity
- Actively engage with stakeholders to ensure recommended solutions are in line with business needs
- Ensure process strategies are aligned with the long term and tactical business requirements of the group or Stores
- Ensure the business analysis methodologies and toolkit is used
- Partner and coach the business units on Process Thinking
- Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change
- Working with the business units on Process Thinking Connect with the Strategy Analysts and broader project team to foster solution design excellence
- Proactively manage stakeholders, building consensus and commitment to process and business outcome(s)

**About You
You will have the ability to proactively structure analysis and deliver insight and be able to identify process gaps/flaws relative to customer experience, team experience, productivity & commercial aspirations. In addition you should have:

- Process mapping, preferable in a retail setting
- Demonstrate deep experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to drive positive customer and commercial outcomes through detailed analysis & continuous improvement mindset
- Sound business acumen partnered with decision making skills & attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player with demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and working end to end
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Personal resilience and tenacity

Demonstrating the following skills will also be highly desirable:

- Productivity experience
- Agile mindset and process experience (Scrum)
- Supplier management in equipment delivery
- Business case development
- Good understanding of Customer-facing businesses (Retail, Food business, Telco)
- Experience using Process Manager (Promapp), Results driven with a focus on cost v benefit (customer or team experience, financial or productivity etc)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
