The Student Administration Services Division manages and delivers student-focused administrative services relating to all administrative aspects of students' engagement ensuring to deliver an efficient and transparent end-to-end service effectively.

We are seeking a Manager Admissions (International) with strong management, administrative and organisational skills combined with knowledge of the international higher education sector and the challenges faced by international students to join our Admissions leadership team.

Exceptional communication skills and working effectively within a team will be crucial as you work in collaboration with internal stakeholders, respond to enquiries, source solutions for the work area and continue to deliver high impact outcomes.

As an established leader with experience in case management and allocating workload to team members you will guide, develop and support your team to meet target outcomes and KPI's in a customer centric environment.

As the Manager Admissions (International) you will ensure international education framework and operations are conducted in line with best practice and conform to legislation, policy and procedures and will utilise data and analytics to implement and maintain systems and solutions to support compliance efforts.
