The Australian Airline Pilot Academy, a subsidiary of Regional Express, is seeking a highly skilled RTO and Admissions Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position that requires onsite work at various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure the RTO's compliance with VET regulation, including CRICOS and VET Student Loans
    • Develop and implement compliance monitoring plans based on legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Internal Auditing
    • Lead all internal auditing for ASQA compliance
  • Student Admissions
    • Manage student admissions and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • RTO Management
    • Manage RTO registration, scope extension, and compliance audits as required
    • Develop, review, and maintain relevant policies and procedures
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide leadership and guidance to staff
    • Manage, support, and train staff within the organization
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to create new business revenue streams within new and existing accounts
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and KPIs
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Ensure rectification of internal and external audit reports
    • Attend company meetings and produce regular reports
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management
    • The ability to develop effective relationships with senior management and staff
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
  • Business Development
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a client base through business and customer development and management
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Knowledge of State & Federal Training funding
    • Experience with VET Student Loans desirable but not essential
  • Administrative and Compliance Capabilities
    • Strong administration and compliance capabilities
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability as a team player
