Customer Marketing and CRM Specialist – Braze Expert
About the Role:
I am working exclusively with a big hitter in the gaming and sporting industry who are passionate about customer journeys. They are looking to bring in fresh talent to maximise the potential of their recent Braze migration.

I am on the lookout for a Customer Marketing Braze Specialist to bring new ideas and take my clients CRM campaigns to the next level. Reporting to the CRM Integration & Enablement Manager, you’ll play a key role in using their new Braze platform to create impactful customer journeys and campaign capabilities. Working alongside both technical and commercial teams, you’ll be the bridge that connects innovative ideas with strategic business goals. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, joining a close-knit, supportive team with a strong focus on innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Lead new use cases from planning to testing and rollout, collaborating closely with delivery and audience teams.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Dive deep into data to build and optimise customer journeys that drive real results.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with teams across the business to ensure our campaigns meet commercial goals and communicate technical ideas simply and effectively.
- Process Improvement: Develop streamlined processes and documentation to keep everything running efficiently.
- Competitor Analysis: Track competitor activity and benchmark performance to stay ahead.
You’ll Excel in This Role If you:
- Are a Braze expert and you know your way around its advanced features such as Liquid logic.
- You proactive in keeping yourself up to date with new Braze features and how it can benefit the business.
- Ideally have at least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar CRM or marketing automation role.
- Can easily translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
- Have an analytical mindset and enjoy making data-backed optimisations.
