What You’ll Do
·Drive end-to-end implementation of Braze for diverse clients, from initial setup and configuration to campaign design, deployment, and optimisation
·Advise clients on Braze best practices, data strategy, campaign optimisation, and technical troubleshooting, ensuring they get the most out of the platform
·Design and execute complex Braze Canvas flows to create engaging, cross-channel customer journeys that drive results
·Work closely with developers, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and achieve client satisfaction
·Continuously stay abreast of Braze's evolving features, updates, and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients
·Share your Braze expertise with colleagues and clients, contributing to the growth of the company's Braze practice
What You’ll Bring
·Braze certification, ideally Braze certified developer or/and Braze Validated Onboarding Technical Architect
·Proven experience in Braze
oPlatform Implementation Design
oData Dictionary design and implementation
oData Ingestions
oCampaign building, workflows, and segmentation
·Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
·Proficiency in SQL
·Proficiency in Liquid templating language or similar dynamic content creation tools.
·Experience with REST APIs and data integration.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
