About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Customer Journey Expert to join our team at Bluefin Resources. As a Braze Optimization Specialist, you'll play a key role in creating impactful customer journeys and campaign capabilities using the Braze platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Lead new use cases from planning to testing and rollout, collaborating closely with delivery and audience teams.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Dive deep into data to build and optimise customer journeys that drive real results.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with teams across the business to ensure our campaigns meet commercial goals and communicate technical ideas simply and effectively.
- Process Improvement: Develop streamlined processes and documentation to keep everything running efficiently.
- Competitor Analysis: Track competitor activity and benchmark performance to stay ahead.
You'll Excel in This Role If You:
- Have extensive knowledge of Braze's advanced features, including Liquid logic.
- Stay up-to-date with new Braze features and their benefits for the business.
- Have at least 3-4 years' experience in a similar CRM or marketing automation role.
- Can translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences with ease.
- Have an analytical mindset and enjoy making data-backed optimisations.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A flexible hybrid model with 3 days in the Melbourne or Sydney CBD office.
