Customer Journey Optimisation Specialist

At Country Road Group, we're embarking on an exciting transformation journey to position ourselves for growth. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving customer-focused initiatives and optimising customer journeys within the loyalty ecosystem.
The Customer Journey Optimisation Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, to ensure seamless integrations between loyalty, marketing automation, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) systems. Your primary focus will be on leveraging data to inform decision-making, running A/B tests and experiments to improve customer engagement and loyalty outcomes, and ensuring smooth integration between systems like Antavo, Braze, and CDP.
This is a pivotal role in ensuring that customer journeys are both data-driven and optimised for business growth. You'll have the opportunity to lead the experimentation stream for the Antavo loyalty platform, design, implement, and measure loyalty program experiments, and analyse results to provide insights and recommendations for programme refinement.
You'll also manage platform integrations between Antavo, Braze, CDP, and other related systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate data capture. Additionally, you'll create end-to-end customer journey maps that enhance loyalty and customer lifetime value by leveraging customer data from Antavo, Braze, and CDP.
This role requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies, data interpretation, and experience in managing platform integrations. You should also be proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, and Tableau, and have familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Braze and loyalty management platforms like Antavo.
